What happens after the trial?

After your 14-day trial ends, Stripe charges your card for the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What does 'all alert types' mean?

Starter users receive alerts only when a permit is approved. Pro and Team users also receive alerts for pending applications and spudded permits — giving you an even earlier signal.

What's included in the Team plan?

Team includes 5 seats and shared watch areas — every member sees the team's watchlists and receives the permit alerts for them. Additional seats can be added at $129/seat/month.
