Well-Intel Documentation
Well-Intel is a permit intelligence platform for oilfield service companies, pipe suppliers, and well service providers. Here's how to get up and running in under 5 minutes.

Sign up and choose a plan
Go to well-intel.app/sign-up to create your account. After signing up, visit the pricing page to start your 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to create an account — you'll add one when you pick a plan.

Build your watchlist
Head to the Watchlist tab in the dashboard. Add the operators or counties you want to monitor. You can search by operator name or enter an operator number directly. Each watch triggers daily email alerts when matching permits are filed.

Receive your first alert
Alerts run every morning at 9am CT. When a permit matches your watchlist, you'll receive an email with the operator name, phone number, county, well type, depth, and permit number. Click the operator name in the email to jump directly to their profile page.

Explore the dashboard
Use the top navigation tabs to access Production, Permits, Lifecycle, Operators, and Watchlist. Each section gives you a different analytical view of Texas drilling activity.
The fastest path to value: add 3–5 operators or counties you actively sell into, then check your email the next morning.
